With our provincial government granting us access to the game we love so much comes new provisions on the course that we will get to know as the new normal for now.
The economic impact of this pandemic has struck hard so we will be going beyond our already incredible rates by providing more daily/weekly specials while continuing with a service you can count on.
Below are some resources and information to help you navigate our 2020 golf season as a VIP Golf Member.
Please familiarize yourself with the new protocols in place at golf courses, along with the most efficient way to book using your VIP Golf Membership.
New Course Protocols
NAGA (National Allied Golf Association)
We all have so many questions about what all this means and how courses are to proceed. A complete set of guidelines have been set forth by NAGA and our provincial government. Familiarize yourself with these new protocols that are going to be in place and required by all guests at the golf courses. It is important to follow these provisions. We are all in this together and following the rules to a T, will prove this was the right move.
We want to show everyone that “GOLF IS PART OF THE SOLUTION” to provide safe physical & mental health outlets during these trying times.
The Basic DOs & DON'Ts
The “Two Club Length” Rule
Stay 2 yards or a couple of drivers apart. This is #1 because it should apply everywhere you go.
“Can’t Touch This”
Avoid high touch points on the course. Leave the pin alone, do not pick tees up off the ground, avoid ball washers, do not handle range balls (use your club) and NO HANDSHAKES on the 18th green.
Bring your own hand sanitizer Rule
Get yourself a little squirt bottle and fill it with a good hand sanitizer. The best contain 80% ethanol, it’s very effective and dries fast without a greasy residue left on your hands and grips.
Don’t arrive too early
We want to keep as few people on property at one time as possible. Arrive no earlier then 15 minutes before your tee time. If you’re early stay in your car to visualize your game that day.
Go home after play
Many of us are used to hanging around after to practice or socialize after a great round. Courses ask when you’re done, go straight to your car and exit the property.
No Tee Time…Stay Home
Only visit a golf course if you have a booked tee time. Courses will have entrance attendants and you will be required to have a booked tee time for property access.
VIP Golf Hours of Operation
Our office is now open and ready to field your calls.
As we do employ the service of a booking call center during the regular golf season, we will not proceed with that option as of yet. We have increased our Administration office hours and will be available on weekends and holidays until our call center becomes available.
We encourage our members to book through our online booking platform and use our website or email to ask questions. We monitor emails constantly and are available to field your calls during business hours.

Economic Impact of COVID-19
The economic impact of this pandemic has struck hard right across the country and has severely crippled several small businesses and individuals alike. WE ARE GOING TO BE HERE FOR YOU! Some of you have asked for membership refunds, unfortunately we simply can not offer that as an option as your dues have been allocated to the purchase of golf course inventory. To help out as much as possible and create an environment of incredible value, we will be providing more daily and weekly specials than ever before.
Our focus will be to save you as much as we can over the course of the 2020 season and we know that many of you are feeling the impact and we are as well. We will do our very best to provide incredible rates, specials that go beyond that and service you can count on over the course of the season.

We have designed a referral program for friends of Members to be notified of the VIP Golf benefits that are only available to VIP Golf Members.
When a ‘Friend’ joins through a Member Referral, a $25 credit is earned that can be used towards any VIP Golf purchase including Green Fees, Add Ons & Membership Renewals.
There is no limit on referral credit earnings and can potentially net your dues down to $0.
